When will my order be processed?
Managua
Once the order is received, it is prepared and shipped within 45 minutes within our regular work schedule. In addition to the travel time, the total delivery time could be up to 120 min.
Other Cities
Once the order is received, it is prepared within 45 minutes, but we ship at 4:30 pm along with all the orders accumulated during the day for shipments to other departments. They are delivered to the offices of Carga Trans or Correos de Nicaragua (According to the client's choice) before 5 pm
Only orders whose payment was canceled before 4:30 pm from Monday to Friday are shipped.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship to all of Nicaragua
Shipping times:
- Managua city within a radius of 15 km, it will take a range of 90 minutes to 120 minutes.
- City of Managua in a radius greater than 15km and other departments, it will take a minimum of 24 hours, a maximum of 48 hours. This will depend on the delivery logistics of the subcontracted company, be it Cargo Trans or Correos de Nicaragua.

Shipping costs:
- Managua city within a radius of 8 km C$80
- Managua city within a radius of 9 km to 15 km C$120
- City of Managua in a radius greater than 15 km and other departments C$120
- Depending on your municipality, the shipping cost could be higher.
