Refund policy
We care a lot about the satisfaction of our customers. We offer a 15-day warranty on all our electronic products purchased at a regular price, products purchased at a discount, promotion or free through a dynamic marketing strategy. They do not apply for warranty.
- The warranty begins on the same day the purchase was made.
- When making a warranty claim, you have a window of 48 business hours to bring the product to our point of sale.
- Warranty management can only be carried out at our point of sale. The customer must present the product in poor condition and the purchase invoice.
- The product must undergo an inspection that may take a maximum of 72 business hours. If there is any damage due to mishandling, the warranty will be denied.
- The guarantee does not apply to a refund of money, it applies only to repair of the product in question or exchange for a new one, if this is determined after our inspection.
- Once the change is made, we do not offer a guarantee on the product.
